In honour of the centenary, Bayside Council in consultation with the RSL contracted to have lighting installed to the Cenotaph.
Underground boring was used to supply power feeds to the light positions, pavers were removed and water jetted prior to being reinstalled. The lights were aimed and checked after dark. The result was impressive.
